High Performance Network Plan Benefits

If you are looking for another way to save money with a PPO plan, consider signing up for Copay Select or HSA select – the new Blue High Performance NetworkSM (Blue HPNSM) plans. Both Copay Select and HSA Select give you access to a select group of doctors and hospitals in more than 55 major U.S. cities.

If you are traveling away from home but are in another Blue HPN area, you have full benefits with any Blue HPN provider in that area. If you are outside a Blue HPN area, you are still covered for emergencies and urgent care but you do not have coverage if you get care from a provider that is not in the network..
