The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has issued guidance regarding payments to providers for influenza virus vaccines furnished in the 2017-2018 flu season, which began on Aug. 1, 2017.

The CMS notices are generally informational and, in some cases, may require administrative or clinical changes as you care for your patients. The notifications may also be regulatory updates, regulatory reminders, or require action by you as a provider.
