Video: Why and When to Get Screened for Breast Cancer

Beginning at age 40, women are urged to talk to their health care provider about whether they should begin getting screened for breast cancer. In this video, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois medical director and OB-GYN Dr. Dona Perry discusses risk factors, symptoms, screening guidelines and the disease's disproportionate impact on Black women.
