New Member Welcome

After you enroll in the Blue Cross Community MMAI plan, you will receive additional new member materials in the mail such as a Welcome Letter/ID Card and Welcome Kit.

If you do not receive this information, please call Member Services at 1-877-723-7702 (TTY/TDD 711). We'll send out replacements. We can also provide new member materials in another language other than English or another format, such as Braille, CD or large print. We will send you this information in your preferred format for free.
