Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois has prepared a list of resources to help you find help for mental and behavioral health issues, including support services, coping skills, help with family discussions and how to talk to children.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois members also have access to no-cost behavioral health services from MDLIVE. Their Virtual Visits service offers talk therapy with licensed therapists, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. That offer is available through Aug. 13. Your available in-network health care providers may also have telehealth or virtual options.
The City of Highland Park also has listed several Crisis Counseling & Victim Resources on its website – all of which are available to any member of the public.
