Standing With Highland Park

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois has prepared a list of resources to help you find help for mental and behavioral health issues, including support services, coping skills, help with family discussions and how to talk to children.

If you are a Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois member, you can call the number on the back of your insurance card.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois members also have access to no-cost behavioral health services from MDLIVE. Their Virtual Visits service offers talk therapy with licensed therapists,      24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you’d like to set that up, you can call 800-400-MDLIVE or visit mdlive.com to create an account and schedule your appointment. Use promo code Highland Park. That offer is available through Aug. 13. Your available in-network health care providers may also have telehealth or virtual options.

The City of Highland Park also has listed several Crisis Counseling & Victim Resources on its website – all of which are available to any member of the public.
