Files containing this information for the plans covered are published on this page.
The posted file format and pricing information in the files follows the latest regulatory requirements for these files. The pricing information may not reflect individual member claim outcomes, as they do not factor in personalized details such as the member’s benefit plan, eligibility, or actual care received and billed in any health care visit. Given their scope, machine readable files are not intended to be a source to estimate health care costs for individual members.
Member Cost Estimation
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois members can search for how much services may cost by logging in to their member account at bcbsil.com and selecting Find Care. The cost estimate feature gives BCBSIL members access to information regarding what they may need to pay based on their specific plan’s copay, coinsurance, deductible and other benefit design.
