As a United Medical Plan member, you have access to the BlueCard^® Network, which links you to a network of doctors and hospitals throughout the United States. (You can tell you are a BlueCard member if you have a suitcase icon on the front of your ID card).

If you have any questions on finding a PPO BlueCard network doctor or hospital, you may call either the PPO BlueCard Access Hotline at 800-810-BLUE, or your United Customer Service Unit at (800-535-9825). You may also request a paper directory of network doctors and hospitals.
