We offer three SelectBlue plans that provide different levels of annual out-of-pocket expense limits, deductibles, coinsurance and network coverage, to allow you to select the most comprehensive coverage we offer within your budget.

Out-of-pocket expense limit
The maximum amount you will have to pay per year in addition to any applicable deductibles.

 

Coinsurance
The percentage you pay for services after your deductible and applicable copayments are met.

 

Annual deductible
The amount you must pay before your plan begins paying.

 

Network coverage
The preferred providers covered at 100% of eligible benefits.
