• iEXCHANGE is the automated pre-certification tool for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL). This tool is accessible via a web-based application.

Prerequisite: Providers who have signed the Mutual Participation Program (MPP) contract, and PPO Plus Addendum contract or who have a signed a contract with a Medical Group or Individual Practice Association (IPA).
