How Do I Get Started?

Now that you've decided to get on board with THIN Inc. (IL), getting started is simple! Just follow this handy checklist.

• If you have not already done so, complete and sign the THIN, Inc. (IL) Enrollment Packet (151KB).
• If they have previously completed one, there's no need to complete another. We have a record of the previous form on file. Unless some information has changed.
• Review the THIN Inc. (IL) Benefit and Options (30 KB) page. This will help you decide what subscription level and term best meets your needs. At the same time, review the pricing information included in the appropriate enrollment package.
• Complete and return the Vendor Profile (26 KB).
