iEXCHANGE is the automated pre-certification tool for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL).  This tool is accessible via a Web-based application. 

iEXCHANGE supports the direct submission and processing of pre-certifications by network physicians, professional providers and facilities within Illinois.  This tool allows physicians and other professional providers to obtain approval of inpatient procedures, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

• If you are a participating BCBSIL Illinois Physician, Professional Provider or Facility and you do not have an iEXCHANGE ID, User ID and a password for this pre-certification tool, enroll now.
• If you have already completed the enrollment process and have received the iEXCHANGE ID, User ID and temporary password for your account, reset your password now.
