We are pleased to announce that Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) has Direct Deposit or the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for producer commissions. You can have your monthly commissions directly deposited into your checking or savings account. By selecting the EFT option, you will have quicker access to commissions as compared to the conventional mail delivery method.

In order to participate in the EFT program you need to complete the attached EFT Data Collection form and attach a copy of a voided check. A separate form for each Producer ID contracted will have to be completed. The documents must be mailed to the following address:

It is important that all of the information requested on the form (e.g., Producer ID, Bank Address, zip codes, etc.) be completed. Forms that do not have all of the information listed will cause a delay in the EFT set-up process.

Producers electing directly deposited commissions will have that reflected on their commission statements.
