How do I know when I am certified?
Complete the following steps:

• Successfully complete the online certification course;
• Complete the Medicare Part D Certification Checklist;
• Please sign the 2008 Medicare contract amendment we send you when you complete the course and return to our offices to complete the certification process.

If you have any questions regarding your certification status, please call your Marketing Consultant or General Agent.

How and when are commissions paid?
Commissions will be paid on your monthly commission statement once we have received payment for three (3) consecutive months of enrollment.

If I have a married clients, do both of them need to complete an enrollment form?
Yes. Blue MedicareRx is sold on an individual basis so each enrollee needs to complete an enrollment form. This allows each enrollee to select the plan that best suits their needs.

Who do I call when I have questions?

Can our Medicare Supplement members use Members' First prescription drug discount?
No. The Members' First program prohibits the use of any other benefits with the program.
