How do you keep your teeth healthy?
The American Dental Association recommends the following guidelines for maintaining good oral health:
- Brush at least twice a day with fluoride toothpaste.
- Clean between your teeth with floss or other cleaning implements daily. For fun consider using flavored floss.
- Visit your dentist regularly. Your dentist can help prevent problems from occurring and catch those that do occur while they are easy to treat.
