How to Enroll in Blue MedicareRxSM
Whether you are enrolling in Blue MedicareRx for the first time, or switching your Blue MedicareRx plan, there are three ways you can enroll.
Online
Enroll through our secure and convenient Blue MedicareRx online form.
Medicare beneficiaries may enroll in Blue MedicareRx through the CMS Medicare Online Enrollment Center located at http://www.medicare.gov. 
If you are a 2012 certified producer, please use the enrollment form available through Blue Access for Producers to enroll your clients in Blue MedicareRx.
By Phone

Blue MedicareRx is a 2012 3.5-Star rated plan.
The Medicare Program rates how well Medicare Prescription Drug Plans perform on 19 different topics in 4 different categories (for example, customer service drug pricing, patient safety). Plan performance summary star ratings are assessed each year and may change from one year to the next.
