THIS IS NOT INSURANCE. TruHearing provides discounts through contracted health plans and enrolled employer groups for hearing aid sales and professional services at selected hearing care providers. Three professional service visits for fitting, programming and adjustments are included in the price of the aids. The customer is obligated to pay for testing, and all other post-fitting hearing care services, but will receive a discount from those health care providers that have contracted with TruHearing. Free memberships are ineligible for supply of renewal batteries on anniversary of enrollment. Members accessing the program pay for all services at discounted prices. $108 yearly membership in the MemberPlus program Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois is a division of Health Care Service Corporation, a Mutual Legal Reserve Company, an independent licensee of The Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association. waived for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) through December 31, 2013.

BCBSIL makes no endorsement, representations or warranties regarding any products or services offered by TruHearing, a third-party vendor.
