In order to accomodate Shared Claims Processing inquiries, BCBSIL has established a dedicated Help Desk phone number. By calling this new number, groups will be able to speak to support staff trained specifically to handle technical Shared Claims Processing inquiries.

In order for the support analyst to efficiently respond to the call, groups should have the following information available:
- Group name
- Caller name
- Phone number (with area code)
- Group number
Callers should also have a detailed problem description, as well as the appropriate operating platform. Some examples of problems and their associated operating platforms are as follows:
