How to use the discount program

Use the vision provider finder to locate the Davis Vision Provider most convenient for you. You can also contact your current eye care professional and ask if he or she is a Davis Vision Provider.

Visit one of the many participating vision care providers in the network that includes LensCrafters, a leading optical retailer.

Simply present your BCBSIL ID card at any participating location to take advantage of the savings. Your savings is applied directly to your purchase and there is no limit to the number of times you can use this program.

Please note that your employer may offer you a vision benefit or vision discount program other than the program being offered by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois. Check with your Group Administrator to clarify what your vision plan covers. If you have only a vision benefit, the BCBSIL vision discount program can provide you with a discount on eye exams and on the purchase of eyewear. However, if your employer offers a vision discount program, you must choose either your employer's program or the BCBSIL program.
