Wii Fit Promotion Details

Participating company employees who log in to Blue Access for Members® (BAM) during the campaign time period* and turn off their paper EOBs are entered in to a drawing to win a Nintendo Wii Fit.

One Wii Fit will be given away by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois. The prize value will not exceed $150. No purchase is necessary. A purchase will not improve winning. Your odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries received. Shipping and handling will not be the responsibility of the winner. Promotion participants must be participating company employees who are current members of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois. Promotion rules are subject to change without prior notice. The winner must be notified within 15 days of winning the prize. No restrictions apply. The Wii Fit provided does not include the Wii console.

*Time periods for the campaign varies between employer groups.
