For plan years ending in 2007, creditable coverage disclosure must be provided to CMS within 60 days after the beginning of the plan year for which disclosure is being made. We will be mailing out information about which of our Rx plans provide coverage equivalent to Medicare Part D. Our actuaries have estimated that the drug plans for our BAE/BluePrint/BlueAdvantage HMO products are creditable. For these plans and custom plans, refer to the Creditable Coverage Letter to determine if your group's coverage is creditable. We provide this information so you can make informed decisions about your plans' equivalence to Medicare Part D.
