BlueExtrasSM Discount Program
Through the BlueExtrasSM discount program† all Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) members are eligible to save money on value-added health care products and services that help support healthy lifestyles. These discounts are for health care products and services not usually covered by your health benefits plan and include:
- Vision Discount Program – discounts on eye exams, eyewear and laser vision correction
- Hearing Discount Program – discounts on hearing aids and related tests
- Weight Management Discount Programs – discounts at participating Life Time Fitness, Jenny Craig, and Curves locations
- Complementary Alternative Medicine (CAM) Discount Programs – discounts on a variety of therapies that may help to increase wellness, prevent illness and address existing symptoms and conditions
