Work Force Engagement
The Workforce Engagement Department is focused on identifying opportunities to improve and enhance work environment issues through learning and development, communication, and teambuilding to educate and motivate employees. They also lead the development and administration of HR policies, procedures, and tools to effectively support business leaders and to promote positive employee relations. This department is also responsible for the negotiation and administration of our collective bargaining agreement, and all labor relations activities.
