In-network Care
Medical services you receive from doctors and hospitals that contract with the PPO network are covered at the in-network benefit level. This means that you receive the highest level of benefits when you use PPO network doctors and hospitals.
Out-of-network Care
You may choose to receive care outside the PPO network - that is, from doctors and hospitals that do not contract with the network - but you will pay more out-of-pocket costs for your medical care.
