Locate Medical Providers
As a BCBS member, you have access to the BlueCard® PPO Program, which links you to a network of doctors, hospitals and other medical facilities throughout the United States. You also have access to contracting providers in more than 200 countries.
- Search for doctors and hospitals in the U.S.

- Search for a behavioral health provider in the United Behavioral Health network
If you have questions about finding a network doctor or hospital, you may call the BCBS Customer Service Center at 800-671-1210. If you do not find the provider you are looking for, you may nominate him or her for inclusion in the network.
Locate Behavioral Health Providers
To find a contracted behavioral health provider, please search the United Behavioral Health (UBH) network (access code: abbott). If you have questions about UBH providers or benefits, please call the phone number for Abbott MH/SA on the back of your BCBS member ID card.

Retail Health Clinics
Retail health clinics (RHCs) are quick access clinics staffed by nurse practitioners and physician assistants designed to offer immediate, limited in-scope treatment for health conditions that are not severe enough to require services in an urgent care of emergency care setting. These clinics are typically located in retail stores and offer members a lower cost alternative. Common conditions treated included cough, cold, flu, ear infections, strep throat, bronchitis and sinus infections.
Abbott members have access to RHCs located in the 15 states listed below:

To find the RHC in your area, you can search the Provider Finder for retail health clinics. The RHC copay is $25.
