As a BCBS member, you have access to the BlueCard® PPO Program, which links you to a network of doctors, hospitals and other medical facilities throughout the United States. You also have access to contracting providers in more than 200 countries.
Note: When searching in the U.S., Wisconsin members should select Blue Preferred POS as their health plan when prompted, not PPO.
If you have questions about finding a network doctor or hospital, you may call the BCBS Customer Service Center at (800) 671-1210. If you do not find the provider you are looking for, you may nominate him or her for inclusion in the network.
Retail Health Clinics
Retail Health Clinics (RHCs) are quick access clinics staffed by nurse practitioners and physician assistants designed to offer immediate, limited in-scope treatment for health conditions that are not severe enough to require services in an urgent care of emergency care setting. These clinics are typically located in retail stores and offer members a lower cost alternative. Common conditions treated included cough, cold, flu, ear infections, strep throat, bronchitis and sinus infections.

To find the RHC in your area, you can search the Provider Finder for Retail Health Clinics. The RHC copay is $25.
